What areas do you cover?

The price you pay covers locations within a ten-mile radius of Revesby, Lincolnshire. This includes areas between Boston, Spilsby, Woodhall Spa, Coningsby, Billinghay, Tetford, Horncastle, Stickney and Wrangle.

Additional distance is charged at 45p per mile.

Do I pay in advance?

Yes. Your payment secures your booking, and includes a 20% non-refundable deposit.

How do I pay?

This site accept payments via Debit/Credit card.

Alternatively, you can contact me to make arrangements to pay by Bank Transfer if you prefer, or I can send you a direct PayPal payment link.

Are my card details safe?

Yes, it’s safe! This site uses the exact same secure, bank-level payment systems that major online retailers use. Most importantly, the website never sees, holds, or saves your credit card details. When you buy from here, your payment is processed directly by the bank, completely hidden and encrypted. You’ll also see the secure padlock icon in your browser bar the entire time you check out.

How are my digital photos delivered?

Digital images are delivered via email and/or download link which is valid for 30 days from the time of purchase. Social media platforms such as Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp use heavy compression which would compromise the size and quality of your images.

Can I get extra photos?

Yes, although additional costs will be incurred.

Can I have my image(s) in black and white instead of colour?

Yes. All images can be provided in black and white, colour, or a mix of both.

What can I do with my digital images?

Anything you like! Companies such as Vistaprint, Snapfish or Photobox offer many services including large-format poster prints, mugs, keyrings, canvas prints and more.

Can you take pictures of all my dogs?

A single shoot can accommodate 1-2 dogs. Please contact me prior to booking if you have more than two dogs.

Can you photograph events such as a puppy’s first birthday with all its litter mates?

Yes. In the first instance, contact me with your details/requirements.

Can you photograph mum with her pups before they go to new homes?

Yes. Contact me with your details/requirements.

Will you photograph other animals?

Yes, though some animals are more difficult than others! Please contact me with your requirements.

What happens if I change my mind?

If you change your mind before the shoot I am happy to arrange a refund, but please be aware that your payment includes a 20% non-refundable deposit.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We can either move to a suitable indoor location, or reschedule.

Something has happened and I can’t make the appointment.
